Job Overview

Field merchant acquisition, QR code deployment, and soundbox activation across retail stores, kirana shops, and commercial establishments throughout Bhadrak and Balasore districts.

Responsibilities

Visit 20–25 local retail shops and vendors daily in designated pin code territories.
Demonstrate soundbox instant voice alert features to merchant shop owners in Odia.
Complete digital KYC merchant onboarding via smartphone mobile app in under 5 minutes.
Troubleshoot network connectivity and soundbox charging issues for existing merchant partners.

Requirements

Must possess an Android smartphone (Version 9.0+) with good internet connectivity.
Two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with valid driving license preferred.
Strong persuasive spoken Odia skills and energetic field work attitude.
Local geographic knowledge of Bhadrak town and surrounding blocks.
