Job Overview

Customer KYC documentation, gold loan counter appraisal assistance, field loan awareness drives, and relationship management for MSME borrowers in Balasore.

Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers with gold loan application forms and KYC document scanning.
Coordinate with certified appraiser during weighment and karat purity evaluation.
Explain repayment schedules, interest rates, and digital payment methods in Odia.
Conduct local micro-marketing campaigns in market areas to generate borrower leads.

Requirements

Good mathematical calculation skills and clean background check record.
Pleasant personality and trust-building spoken Odia capability.
Graduate or 12th pass with 6+ months customer handling experience.
