Job Overview

Guest welcoming, dining room steward service, room setup, and front-of-house customer hospitality for top-rated tourist hotels and holiday resorts along the Puri-Konark corridor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visiting tourists warmly, assist with luggage check-in, and escort to resort rooms.
• Serve multi-cuisine food and beverages in hotel restaurant following hygiene standards.
• Take room service orders over telephone and deliver within promised timeline.
• Coordinate with housekeeping team for prompt room turnover and laundry replenishment.

Requirements

• Warm, hospitable demeanor and neat personal grooming.
• Polite spoken Odia and Hindi communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotating morning or evening hospitality shifts.
