Manufacturing Assembly Line Technician

Job Overview

Direct factory floor assembly and sub-assembly line execution for two-wheeler manufacturing. Low-bandwidth Odia voice screening with 48h joining letter dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components according to standard operating procedure (SOP) cycle times.
• Operate pneumatic torque wrenches, riveting tools, and automated assembly fixtures safely.
• Perform visual inspection for torque marks, surface scratches, and fastener tightness.
• Participate in daily 5S workplace cleanliness and shift handover meetings.

Requirements

• Age between 18 to 28 years.
• Physical fitness for 8-hour rotating industrial plant shifts.
• Ability to understand spoken Odia safety instructions and visual SOP charts.
• Valid Aadhaar card and bank account in candidate’s own name.
