Job Overview

Frontline store counter dispensing, prescription verification, inventory shelf management, and point-of-sale customer billing across MedPlus retail outlets in Odisha.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in patients, read medical prescriptions, and fetch medicine packages from organized racks.
• Operate barcode POS scanner and generate GST invoices on store billing terminal.
• Explain dosage instructions clearly to patients in native Odia.
• Verify expiration dates during daily stock audits and maintain temperature logs for refrigerated items.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th standard pass (Science background preferred for non-pharma candidates).
• Basic familiarity with reading English brand and generic medicine names.
• Courteous spoken Odia communication skills.
• Ready to work morning or evening 8-hour store shifts.
